Ark-La-Tex Artificial Intelligence Summit
Event Details:
The AI and Education summit will be held Saturday, March 8th from 1pm to 4pm at the East Texas Innovation Center in Beckville, Texas. The summit has three sessions:
9-9:55 am - AI, the Basics
What is AI? How can it be helpful for my business, classroom, or everyday life? What are the different types? What are the pros and cons of Google Gemini, Pi, and Microsoft CoPilot?
10-10:55 am - Make AI Work for You!
Let’s design a everyday task in your business, classroom or daily life that can be enhanced with the help of AI. Everyone will benefit from everyone else’s ideas!
11-11:55 am - Share a Resource/Activity
Let’s build our personal resource list of free AI technologies and activities. Participants will have time to share activities, lesson plans, resources, and best practices related to AI.
11:55am - Noon - Next Steps
Next Steps - Each attendee will receive the AI Everyday Guide and gain access to the Ark-La-Tex AI and Education Professional Learning Community
