HeartsWay Hospice presents Spring Remembrance as a community gathering to cherish the memory of loved ones who have died. The invitation is open to all regardless of being served by HeartsWay Hospice. Beginning at 6:30 PM, luminaries bearing the name of significant persons to be remembered will glow around the monument and pathway until 7:30 PM . Light refreshments will be served and piano music by Lydia Lim will be enjoyed. In case of rain, the event will be held on Monday, April 14, 2025 at the same place and time.

Luminaries are available upon request for a donation of $5.
