Heart to Heart Hospice was established in Plano, Texas, in 2003. Our founder, who continues to lead the organization today, believes in a philosophy of care based on compassion. That belief remains our guiding force.
We provide a compassionate, patient-centered approach to medical care and supportive services for patients at the end of life, as well as for their family members.
This has driven the success of our hospice programs and we are now one of the largest private providers of hospice care in the United States. We continue to have dynamic growth in the number of patients and families we serve, as well as in our employee and volunteer base.
Heart to Heart Hospice partners with medical professionals, physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living communities and insurers to deliver the care that patients and families deserve and to educate communities on end-of-life care.

HeartsWay Hospice is your local, non-profit hospice provider. We have been serving the patients and families of East Texas since 1984 and since that time have cared for well over 8,000 patients. We currently serve 19 counties in NE Texas and have four offices throughout the area in Longview, Marshall, Carthage, and Winnsboro.
At HeartsWay Hospice our home care team of physicians, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, spiritual counselors and volunteers are dedicated to supporting the physical, emotional and spiritual well being of our patients. We will work with you and your family to make these days as positive, hopeful and full of life as possible. We recognize that all individuals are different and each illness is unique. We encourage you to become involved in planning your care. By working together we hope to make the road less lonely, the days brighter and the burdens lighter.
A team of experienced hospice nurses will be assigned to coordinate your care. The nurse is your best resource on managing your physical symptoms, on pain control, on learning the best ways to care for the patient and in helping you know what to expect as the disease progresses. We encourage you to contact us whenever you need us, day or night, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
