Event Information:
Date: February 27 @ 5PM
What is the Taste of Panola County? This is an annual event held in conjunction with our Chamber Banquet. Local eateries and caterers provide samples of their top menu items and vie for a chance at prize money and bragging rights. The winners are selected by event attendees votes and immediately announced at the event after ballots are counted. In addition to this our Community Awards happen the same evening and Ray Perryman will be our guest speaker. Doors open at 5PM, with the Taste of Panola County Voting taking place at 6PM, with winners announced by 6:15.
2025 TOPC Prizes and Awards:
Top Prize: $600 CASH, year of bragging rights
Second Place: $250 CASH, year of bragging rights
Third Place: $100 CASH, year of bragging rights
The Top 3 Participants will be featured in the Fall 2025 KTBS Community Caravan with Rick Rowe "Tasty Tuesday"
