Panola College Second Opportunity Scholarship
The applications are now available at the Thrift Shop located at 113 E. Panola, Carthage, TX and the Sammy Brown Library at 319 S. Market, Carthage, TX for the Second Oppurtunity Scholarship being offered by the Service League of Carthage. This scholarship is for $10,000 at Panola College. Applicants must be a resident of Panola County, have not attended school for the past 2 years, and be a high school graduate or have a ged. The applications must be turned in by April 15th at the Sammy Brown Library.
